The secret to designing Facebook cover photos that look great on desktop and mobile devices to make sure your content doesn’t get cut off on mobile devices. I typically start with a canvas size of 828 x 315 and mark the region of the image that will be visible on mobile.
The new cover photos are much easier to design, which is a bonus, but it means my old templates are no good.
